Wanted: Someone who would like to participate in a Hostess Club!

There are free gifts and rewards to people who host a Stampin' Up workshop where their guests purchase $150 or more collectively. If you don't know many people who would be interested or would like to get crafty once a month with others who share similar interests, join my Hostess Club!

Hostess clubs meet once a month with a minimum of 6 members and create a project (card, craft, gift, etc) and continue meetings for as many months as there are members (6 members would participate for 6 months) and commit to purchasing at least $25 in products for themselves every month to meet the $150 minimum.

Every month one member would get the hostess rewards and we would rotate until all members have received the hostess rewards.

Open House

My Open House will be this Sunday, April 25th between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.! Just leave a comment or put your email in the chat box on the side for the address! Or become a fan on Facebook!

Come see all of the wonderful things you can create using paper, stamps, ribbons, and embellishments!

Everyone who attends will create a simple handmade card to take home and see how easy it is!

Watch Out! Color Renovation!

Be on the lookout! New colors coming this summer! Five brand new Core Colors, five new In Colors, and ten returning In Colors! Also, the In Colors will be introduced every year as usual but stay for 2 years instead of just through one catalog period!!! So you get 2 In Color collections at the same time AND they last a year longer!

Color trends change every few years in fashion, home decor, and also crafting. It's hard to see some colors go that we are fond of, but it's time to embrace the new! The way Stampin' Up put it, you wouldn't want to wear the same clothes that you did back in high school would you? So why would you continue to use the same colors?

Attempt to make an iPad Sleeve!

Hello all!

My husband and I pre-ordered the new Apple iPad with Wi-Fi- & 3G. I'm borrowing my mom's sewing machine and will try to make a sleeve for it and then use Staz-On ink to decorate the sleeve with Stampin' Up stamps and then heat set it with the embossing heat tool! I'm not sure how it'll come out since I don't know how to sew but I'll post pictures of my attempt and/or success when it's done!

Last night was the last night...

So last night was the last night of sale-a-bration and it won't be back until January 2011! Got some orders in so congratulations to those of you who got free stuff!!! I had a hard time choosing what all to order and ended up spending much more than I had originally planned and stayed up way past my bedtime doing so lol. But I have stuff coming in for my first workshop! Woo hoo! So excited!
